1 lb. frozen Alaska King Crab or 3 lbs. shrimp
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce with tomato bits
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1 package (12 oz.) lasagna
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 cups graded cheddar cheese

Defrost, drain and slice frozen crab or clean and devien shrimp. Melt butter and saute onion, mushrooms and garlic until golden. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, dill weed, oregano, basil and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add crab or shrimp.
Cook lasagna in boiling, salted water approximately 15 minutes or until tender yet chewy. Drain and layer half in large oblong baking dish. Add half of crab sauce. Spread half of sour cream over crab sauce. Sprinkle with half of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Repeat layers of lasagna, crab sauce, sour cream and cheeses. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares to serve.
