1st Layer

2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar

2nd Layer

6 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
Sprinkle of salt
4 Tbsp flour
1 cup cream

5 cups rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer
Blend Ingredients with pastry blender.
Pat in cake pan
Bake 10 minutes at 350º

2nd Layer
Mix ingredients well and add 5 cups rhubarb. Pour over crust and bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350º
