1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed banana
2-1/4 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sour milk
16oz. pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla. Stir in banana pulp. Add sifted dry ingredients alternating with sour milk. Then add chocolate chips. Bake in cup cake tins line with paper bake cup cake fillers. 375º for 25 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream & thin slices of banana or ice with powdered sugar icing.
