1 box tortellini (I use 1/2 spinach & 1/2 regular)
1 4 oz. wedge parmesan
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
1 can artichoke hearts
2 zucchini, sliced and sauteed
10-12 fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
shrimp (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini in salted water. Drain, add butter and grated parmesan. Toss until melted. Add cream, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and zucchini. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake covered only until rewarmed.

If used as an entree, peel shrimp and lightly saute (5-8 minutes) in butter. Add to other ingredients. Do not overcook.
