1 pkg. (2.4 oz) Knorr leek soup and recipe mix
2 c. milk
1 c. beer
1 c. water
4 oz. swiss or gruyere cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
miniature pretzels

Directions:
In 3 qt. saucepan, with wire whisk, stir together soup mix, milk, beer, and water. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add cheese, stirring until melted after each addition. Serve with pretzels.
