2 minced jalapeno peppers
1-1/2 c. yellow corn meal
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix as any other corn bread. Pur 1/2 of batter into lightly greased pan. Cover with 1/2 of cheee then rest of batter and remaining cheese. Bake 425º for 20-25 minutes.

Can use buttermilk instead of sour cream (I tried it with a little baking soda and baking powder and it was good)
