1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. diced tart apples
1 recipe plain pastry

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add apples. Pour into 8 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven (400º) 25 minutes. Mix 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. flour and 1/4 c. butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes at 325º.
