4 eggs
1-3/4 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 pint half & half
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
approx 1/2 gallon milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar then beat. Add Eagle Brand, half & half, vanilla, & almond. Stir mixture WELL. Pour into ice cream freezer canister. Fill to line w/ milk. Let sit for 10 minutes, then begin turning/freezing.
