2ish lbs. lean ground beef - salted
1 onion
1 large can tomato soup
2 large cans diced tomatoes, not flavored
4ish tsp. cumin (to taste)

diced green pepper, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together beef and onion in a large pot or large, deep pan. Add soup, tomatoes, and spices. Add water until soupy or desired consistency. Add beans, corn and pepper. Bring to a low simmer. Flavor blends more the longer it simmers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I start with the suggested spice amounts, but end up adding quite a bit more of each. I don't include the green pepper, but it adds color, if you like it.

Can be made days ahead.
