2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 stick butter
3-1/2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. wesson oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick butter
3-1/2 T. cocoa
6 T. milk (1/3 c. and 1 T.)
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and sifted flour in bowl. Bring the following ingredients to a boil and pour over flour and sugar: 1 stick butter, 3-1/2 T. cocoa, 1/2 c. wesson oil, 1 c. water. Beat together 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 unbeaten eggs, 1 tsp. soda, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix with other ingredients and bake on cookie sheet at 400º 20-25 minutes.

Icing:
Mix the following ingredients in a pan and heat: 1 stick butter, 3-1/2 T. cocoa, 6 T. milk. Remove from heat and add: 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 c. nuts, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
