2 cucumbers, unpeeled & grated
1 small onion grated
1 pkg (8oz.) cream cheese (softened)
2 T. mayo
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
thin sandwich bread

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze moisture out of grated cucumber & onion - use paper towel. (This is very important to get water out). Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo, seasoned salt, & lemon juice. Add grated cucumber & onion. Mix together. Spread between two thin slices of bread, trim off crusts & cut in thirds for tea sandwiches or on bread rounds to garnish & serve as canapes.
