1-#2 can (18 oz.) pineapple juice;
1-small can frozen orange juuice concentrate;
1-small can frozen lemonade concentrate;
(Mix this "goup" thoroughly in punch bowl)

one-fifth of white wine
two - one-fifths of champagne.

Add one-fifth of thoroughly chilled white wine (chablis or Almaden Mountain);

At the last minute before serving, add Two one-fifths of thoroughly chilled champagne.

This recipe was given to me about forty years ago, by a well-known caterer. This punch is delicious and NOT for novice drinkers as it can really "sneak" up on a person. I have served it at many parties, and it is always a big hit. Plan on making multiple batches if you have any size group at all.
