25 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
5 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1 container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Ritz crackers - set aside
Beat egg whites until stiff while gradually adding sugar (like you are making meringue)
Fold in Ritz crackers, pecans and vanilla
Spray Pyrex dish with Pam
Bake in glass Pyrex dish (medium size dish)
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
Top with cool whip
