2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
2 (8oz. or 16oz.) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4 C. pecans
garlic powder
chili powder

Directions:
Grind all together (except chili powder). Mix well & shape into rolls. Roll in chili powder. Wrap in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil. Store in fridge overnight. Slice & serve with Ritz crackers.
