1-1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. water
3 T. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 lbs. shelled pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water, & orange juice until soft ball stage @ 238º (Use thermometer). Add rind & nuts. Stir constantly until mixture looks cloudy. Remove pecans & drop on waxed paper and separate.
