1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 - 10 oz can stewed tomatoes
2 - 16 oz cans pinto beans, undrained
2 - 16 oz cans creamed corn
1 - 10-3/4 oz can beef bouillon
2 - 16 oz cans tamales

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Add other ingredients, except tamales, and simmer for at least one hour. Add tamales before serving

You can use Hormel canned tamales or frozen ones. You can also add more beef broth than what is called for.
