1/4 lb shrimp (fresh is best, but frozen will do)
2 Cloves pressed garlic
1/4 tsp salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp sherry
1 pinch lemon zest
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon juice

Peel shrimp. In a small bowl combine shrimp, garlic, salt, cayenne, and salt. Set aside to marinate. Make sure shrimp are completely thawed.

Over medium heat, melt butter. Don't let pan get too hot, or you'll burn the garlic and overcook the shrimp. When butter is melted, add shrimp. Simmer on one side until they're done halfway, then turn and cook till done. Small shrimp should take about 3 minutes total.

Just before shrimp are done, add sherry, lemon zest, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir together and cook for a few seconds. Serve with crusty bread and angel hair noodles.
