Large Skillet of Corn Bread.
2 Large Cans of Chicken Broth.
1 Large Can of Cream of Chicken Soup.
2 T Poultry Seasoning.
1/2 C Minced Onions.
2 T Dried Celery Flakes.

Directions:
Directions:
Make cornbread according to directions, let cool, and crumble. Add all ingredients except broth. Mix well. Gradually, pour chicken broth over cornbread mixture, careful not to make it too soupy. Place in large pyrex pan, cover with foil and bake 375º for 45 mins, remove foil and bake additional 15 mins, until dressing is brown.

The secret to good dressing, is knowing the consistance of ingredients, dressing mixture should not be too dry, it should giggle, before baking.
