4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup butter
25 marshmallows, cut up
(or 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows)
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
2 oz. baking chocolate, unsweetened
1 cup chopped nuts, if desired

Directions:

Combine sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallows with stirring. When about half the marshmallows are melted, begin beating with an electric mixture to melt the rest of the the marshmallows. Add chocolate a little at a time with continued beating, then beat for another couple of minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add nuts if desired. Spread into 9x13 pan, cover, and chill.
