2tblsps. flour,1/4th cup butter
1cup milk,salt and pepper
1cup of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
make the sauce with 2tblsps of flour, 1/4th cup of butter , cook this till the butter melts and you have a smooth paste,add 1/2 cup of milk,slowly, cook this till it gets thick, then add more milk slowly and keep stirring till you get the thickness that you want. then add the cheese and let it melt while stirring.Use a whip for all this, it makes the sauce smoother. That's all.
