1/2 C vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 C sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar, then blend eggs one at a time until all are mixed. Add vanilla, then flour, salt and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Roll dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
