3 T butter
1 square (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C light cream
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Mix cocoa with sugar and blend in. Stir in cream and bring to a boil, stirring well with a whisk for 10 seconds. Remove from heat and blend in salt and vanilla.
