1/2 c Lawry's Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice
2 lbs Zucchini, halve lengthwise
1/2 c pine nuts, toasted
1/2 c crumbled goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large resalable plastic bag, pour 1/4 c Lawry's Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice over zucchini; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

Remove zucchini from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil zucchini, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining 1/3 c Marinade, 6 minutes or until tender; coarsely chop.

Toss zucchini with pine nuts, then toss with cheese.
