8 pared potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 11x7x1 1/2inch baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes with green pepper and onion. Combine mushroom soup, milk and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
Cover, bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Then remove cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or till potatoes are tender and delicately browned.
