1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. shortening
Salt
Pepper
1 medium onion
1 can (3 oz.) tomato sauce
1 package (10 oz.) noodles
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. packages shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in shortening in skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onion and tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions on package, in salted water and drain well. Blend cream cheese into meat mixture and fold in sour cream and cooked noodles. Cover with grated cheese. Set on medium temperate and cook 10 minutes.
This dish refrigerates well.
