Directions:Precut large squares of foil they will become the pouches that the burgers will cook in will need 2 per burger. Take one square for each burger and lay it out on the cookie sheet this will be the bottom of the pouch. Cut carrots & potatoes into small chunks, boil until almost done will finish cooking on the grill, drain and set aside. Shape ground beef into patties, you will need 2 patties per burger. On each foil bottom square add a small amount of Worchester Sauce, A-1 Steak Sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Then place one patty on the sauce and seasoning mixture add veggies to the middle of the patty then place the second patty on top of the veggie mixture to form a burger with the ground beef being the "Bread" and the veggies being the "meat". Join edges of both pattys keeping the veggies in the middle of the patty. When sealed add some Worchester Sauce, A-1 and Montreal steak seasoning to the top patty. Take the second piece of foil and place on top of patty rolling the ends together to create a seal on the pouch. Then wrap the entire pouch with foil again to make a good seal.
Place pouches on grill and cook each side for 20-25 min or until fully cooked. Serve with brown gravy. |
