8 sheets gelatine (or 8 teaspoons unflavored gelatine diluted in 1 cup water)
6 egg whites
6 tablespoons sugar
1 bottle coconut milk (or milk extracted from one coconut with one cup milk)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff
2. Add sugar and continue beating until it becomes a thick meringue
3. Dissolve the gelatine in warm water
4. Add the coconut milk and the gelatine to the meringue
5. Mix well
6. Put the mixture in a mold, and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours
