2 lbs loose pack hash browns
1/4 C chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups Velveeta cheese cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups and sour cream. Add onion, cheese, and hash browns. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and cover with crushed saltines or crushed corn flakes. Cut 1 stick of butter into small pats and spread over the top of the casserole. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
