KING RANCH CHICKEN

¼ c butter 2 cans Ro-Tel
1 med gr pepper (chopped) 2 C cooked chicken
1 med onion (chopped) 2 C (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream chicken soup 12 torn corn tortillas


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add pepper & onion, cook till tender. Blend in soup, tomatoes and chicken. Place layer of tortillas in bottom of 13x9x2 pan, top with 1/3 tomato mix and 1/3 cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Bake at 325˚ 40 mins. or till boiling
