BATTER:

4 eggs
4 T water
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt


SAUTE:

1 large onion
1 large green pepper
8oz. can of mushrooms



GLAZE:
15 oz. jar apricot jam
3/4 cup ketchup
2 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine ingredients for batter and mix.
Dip cutlets in mixture and fry a little on both sides.
Line pan with cutlets.
Saute onion, pepper, and mushrooms in frying pan until soft.
Combine ingredients for glaze and add to sautéed vegetables.
Pour over cutlets and bake at 350º uncovered for 30 minutes.
