4 Sweet Potatoes
1/2 c non dairy creamer
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla



Topping:

1/2 c flour
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/4 c melted margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes and boil until soft.
Mix with non dairy creamer, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 min-1 hour, until top is golden.
