Ingredients:  
1 pkg corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can red tomatoes with chilies
1 bell pepper diced
1 onion died
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 boned and diced chicken, save broth
Spice up as you please with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper

Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in margarine with tomatoes. Add soups and chicken. Soak tortillas in broth to soften. Line dish with tortillas and start layers with soups and chicken. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
