olive oil
1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves
3 stalks celery, diced
1 c frozen corn (optional)
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t pepper
3/4 lb turkey kielbasa, sliced and quartered
1 box rice-a-roni, wild rice w/ seasonings
1 c plain rice
3 c water
1 lb scallops or shrimp, frozen
1 can spiced diced tomatoes, add before serving
1/2 can black olives, diced or sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions, celery and garlic in oil.
Add sausage and rice-a-roni, brown.
Add regular rice and 3 c water, thyme, pepper and seasoning for rice-a-roni.
Add scallops or shrimp, frozen. Heat for 25 min Serve with course pepper and crazy salt.
