3 Cups Rhubarb (chopped)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1 (3 oz.) Strawberry Gelatin
1 (10 1/2 oz.) Bag Mini-Marshmallows
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix (mixed per package directions)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, sugar and water together about 6 minutes, till rhubarb is soft. Remove from heat and add dry gelatin; stir to dissolve. Place marshmallows in the bottom of a greased 9X13-inch pan. Pour prepared cake mix batter over marshmallows and add rhubarb mixture on top of cake batter. Bake at 350º for about 35 minutes, or until brown on top.
