5 cups flour
1 pound crisco
1 t salt
8 t baking powder
3 eggs
1 bottle of beer
1 1/2 pound of nuts
12 ounces pineapple preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco, 8 eggs, flour, salt and baking powder. Add beer to the mix. Roll dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Pat dough up sides of pan.
Spread preserves, nuts in layers like lasagna.
1 " deep pan
Bake 400º for 45 minutes
Cut while warm
