8 Tbs butter
1 Cup Pecans
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups longrain rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbs Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In pan, add 3 Tbs butter until melted. Add nuts and saute for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside. Melt remaining butter and add onions saute until tender. Add rice, broth, salt, thyme, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 18-20 minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts and parsley.
