3 Eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt and nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts

Icing:
1cup powdered sugar
6 oz. softened cream cheese
4 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp vanilla




Directions:

Beat eggs for 5 minutes at high speed. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Set aside.

For Icing, cream all ingredients together with mixer.

Mix together flour, powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread in greased and floured sheet. Top with nuts. Bake 13-15 Minutes at 375º. Turn out dough on towel sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll dough in towel like a burrito. Cool. Unwrap and spread icing on dough and roll back again without the towel. Put in freezer or fridge.
