1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups gratted carrots
2 1/2 cups flour
1 t cinnamon
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup crushed pineapple

Icing:
1/2 cup butter
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Cream oil, sugar & eggs. Add pineapple & carrots. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla& nuts

Bake in Angel Food pan
350 º
50 minutes
