18 eggs
1/2 cup drained dill or sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayo
2 tsp dried mustard
chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil 18 eggs. Cool and peel eggs. Slice in half and remove yolks. Smash yolks, add salt and pepper to taste. Combine the rest of ingredients with yolks. Fill eggs with mixture and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
