1 pkg. (9 oz) frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted
4 eggs well beaten
½ C pepperoni (diced)
1 tsp. salt or less
1 C mozzarella cheese, diced
½ tsp. pepper
¼ C Romano cheese, grated
1 unbaked, frozen pie crust, defrosted

Directions:
Directions:
Pat the artichokes until they are dry and cut in half. Blend the artichokes with eggs, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and Romano cheese.

Pour into the crust and bake in a 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

I baked it for 50 minutes.
