1 loaf day old white bread cut into ½” cubes1/3 C butter
1 medium onion, chopped
½ C chopped celery
¼ C chopped celery leaves
2 Tbs chopped parsley
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 C milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 med. Red delicious apples, peeled & chopped (3 c)
¼ C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Bake bread cubes on a cookie sheet at 375° for 5 minutes, or until dry and lightly toasted.
Transfer to a large bowl.

Lower oven temp to 350°. Grease 6 cup baking dish.

Combine the rest of the ingredients with the bread cubes and place in the baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour.
