Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package skinless kielbasa sausage (cut into chunks)
4 garlic cloves (sliced and divided)
1 large can dark red kidney beans
1 large can light red kidney beans
1 handful jalapeņo peppers (from a jar) chopped
Cayenne seasoning
Dried crushed red peppers
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry kielbasa chunks in a small amount of oil. Add 1/2 of the garlic slices and cook until heated through. Set aside. In a large pot add all kidney beans, cook at a medium temp for 15 minutes. When beans are good and soft, smash them by hand (if you don't have potato smasher use the bottom of a wide drinking glass). After all beans are smashed, add remaining garlic, jalapeņo peppers, and kielbasa. Then stir in a palm of cayenne pepper and crushed peppers (the amount of peppers depends on how hot you like it). Stir well. Let simmer over low heat for 1/2 hour to thicken up. Serve over rice.
