1 1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
10 T. melted butter, separated
1 1/4c. milk, separated
2 c. frozen corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 T. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1/2 c. of crumbs for topping. Toss remaining crumbs with 8 T. butter and use mixture to line small baking pan. In a saucepan, combine 2 T. butter with 1 c. milk, corn and seasonings; bring to a boil and cook for 3 min. Blend flour with 1/4 c. milk. Add to saucepan; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Mix in eggs, spoon into pan, then top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 400º for 20 min.
