1 24-oz. pkg. white bark coating
6 peppermint candy canes
green sugar crystals (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place candy canes in a large resealable plastic bag and cover with a dish cloth. Use a cleaver to pound candy canes into tiny pieces. Place white bark coating in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on high for about two minutes. Stir in candy pieces. Line a 12" x 18 " cookie sheet with wax paper. Spread bark evenly onto wax paper and allow to cool. Break into irregular pieces to serve. Optional: sprinkle green sugar crystals over bark after spreading onto wax paper.
