Combine in food processor with bread blade:
3 c bread flour
2 c old fashioned oats (or 1 c oats & 1 c wheat germ)
1/4 c brown sugar
2 pkg dry yeast (fast acting)
2 t salt

In large measuring cup, combine and heat in microwave
1 c milk
1 c water
1/2 c butter
1/4 c light molasses

2 eggs
1 c wheat flour
1 1/2 c bread flour

Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in Cuisinart using bread blade.
Heat and stir the milk, water, butter and molasses in a separate bowl (2 min in microwave)
Combine wet and dry ingredients in Cuisinart.
Mix in 2 eggs.
Beat at low speed to combine for 1/2 min - scraping bowl.
Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
By hand stir in 1 c bread flour and 1 c wheat flour to make a soft dough. May add 1/2 c more bread flour.
Knead by hand , on floured counter, 4 - 5 minutes.

Place in greased bowl, turn, cover.- Let rise 1 1/2 hrs in a warm place until doubled in size.
Punch down. Divide in half.
Roll out dough and shape into 2 loaves. Brush with water, roll in oats. Place into 2 greased loaf pans and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Bake 350º for 40-45 min.
