Ingredients:  
1 – 15 ½ oz jar Prego sauce with sausage and peppers (you can use any brand or use your own homemade sauce and add sausage and peppers)
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 ½ C cottage cheese
½ C parmesan cheese
1 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 oz. park skim mozzarella cheese slices

Directions:

Combine sauce & spaghetti, toss lightly.
Combine cottage cheese and ¼ C parmesan cheese, mix well.

Place half of spaghetti in a 10” x 6” baking pan.

Cover with spinach and the cottage cheese mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Top with remaining spaghetti mix.

Cut remaining mozzarella cheese into ½ inch strips and arrange on the top of the spaghetti.
Mix to form lattice design.

Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
