1 – 1 ½ inch t hick chuck blade steak 2 ½ to 3 lbs
¾ soy sauce
¼ C white vinegar
¼ C brown sugar
3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs salad oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
Parsley for garnish

About 5 hours before serving, or early in the day, trim fat from chuck.

In a 13” x 9” dish, combine the soy sauce with the remaining ingredients. Add the steak and turn to coat with the marinade.

Cover and let meat marinade in refrigerator for about 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat broiler and broil steak to your taste.
Brush with marinade while cooking.
