Layer ingredients as listed above. Spread mayonnaise over top to completely seal. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mayonnaise.

This is a salad that can be made ahead as sealing it with mayonnaise prevents it from turning brown as well as providing the dressing. You can vary amounts depending on size of group. Just make sure you have well defined layers.
