10 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped onion
4 cups chopped celery
1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 - 3/4 cup flour
2 quarts chicken broth
6 poached chicken breasts, cut into small slices

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, onion, and celery in margarine.
In soup pan add vegetables, chicken, flour, and chicken broth.
Simmer for about 45 minutes.
Use immersion blender and blend the entire pot of soup.
