1 cup Dat'l Do-It Hot Sauce, Devil Drops
or other favorite hot sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari
Plenty of freshly ground black pepper

2 pounds chicken wings, washed, blotted dry, and separated at the joints, tips discarded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat with the marinade. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs, but preferably overnight. Turn the wings several times during this time.
3. Preheat a barbecue grill to very hot or preheat the broiler with the broiler tray 3 inches from the heat.
4. Just before serving, drain the wings. Grill or broil until golden brown and cooked, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
